What You Can Monitor
Opsview’s Citrix NetScaler Monitoring allows you retrieve vital information about your network and infrastructure, ensuring your Citrix environment is up and running and allowing you to monitor resource usage including CPU, connections and memory.
Service Checks
| Service Check | Description |
|---|---|
| Client connections | Returns Netscaler client connections. |
| CPU utilization | Returns CPU utilization as %. |
| Memory utilization | Returns memory utilization as %. |
| Server connections | Returns Netscaler server connections. |
Prerequisites
Ensure your Opsview Monitor version is at least 6.6.7. Check Opsview Release Notes for the latest version of Opsview Monitor.
Citrix NetScaler Monitoring Tools Setup and Configuration
To configure and utilize this Opspack, you simply need to add the 'Network - NetScaler' Opspack to your Opsview Monitor system.
Step 1: Add the Host Template
Add the Network - NetScaler Host Template to your Opsview Monitor host.

Step 2: Enable SNMP
This opspack requires credentials to be setup in the SNMP tab.

Step 3: Apply changes and the system will now be monitored
