Opsview Monitor ServiceNow Integration

ServiceNow is a suite of modular IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions engineered to drive IT productivity and efficiency. Opsview Monitor 6.1 offers bidirectional integration with ServiceNow Incident Management, part of ServiceNow’s IT Service Management suite.

Using the new integration, Opsview Monitor notifications trigger creation of incidents in ServiceNow. These incidents are updated in sync as status changes, and can be resolved on either platform.
