As you will be monitoring critical business services or end-customer estates, it is important to create those first few BSM views in an efficient and effective way. An Opsview consultant will review your IT estate and work with you to build in Best Practice to the creation, usage and maintenance of BSM.

BSM Jump-Start Services Package

Ensure maximum observability by creating – or re-creating – your first BSM views. Whether you have already created a few of your own BSM views, or a just starting out with business service monitoring, an Opsview consultant will review your IT estate, recommend a best-practice approach to use BSM views efficiently and effectively, and work with you to create your first few BSM views.

Jump-Start Package Includes:

• One-hour introductory call with your Opsview consultant
• Half-day inspection and understanding your IT estate (usually conducted remotely)
• Best practice recommendations (captured in an agreed statement of work)
• One day helping you configure your first BSM views (usually conducted remotely)
• Optional, on-going help to keep you moving
