Application - Microsoft 365 - Exchange

This Host Template allows you to monitor your Microsoft 365 Subscription's Exchange Online service, providing information on the service status and storage usage of the system as well as statistics on the user base such as the versions of Outlook being used and daily email read/send/received statistics.

This Host Template includes the following Service Checks:

Microsoft 365 - Exchange - Service Status The service status of Exchange and any reported issues N/A N/A
Microsoft 365 - Exchange - Storage Used The total storage used of the subscription's cloud Exchange server N/A B

Microsoft 365 - Exchange - Mail Apps Version Count The versions of Outlook being used to access email services provided N/A N/A

Usage Instructions

Step 1: Add this Host Template

Add the Application - Microsoft 365 - Overview Host Template to your Opsview Monitor host. If the resource you're monitoring has no hostname or public IP, then open the Advanced settings pane and change Host Check Command to Always assumed to be UP.

Step 2: Add and configure variables required for this Host Template

MICROSOFT365_CREDENTIALS

The Value is not used and therefore can be set to anything. Override the arguments with your credentials.

Step 3: Apply changes and the system will now be monitored

Microsoft 365 Exchange Service Checks
